About The Practice


The Lewisham Care Partnership was formed on 1st June 2017. It represents the joining of 5 local GP Partnerships delivering Primary Care Services from 6 sites in the centre of Lewisham. SE London (See list of Partners and the sites they work from). Morden Hill Surgery was one of these surgeries to join.

The aim of the merger is to deliver sustainable general practices services to a population of nearly 60k patients.

In the initial stages the practices will work very much as they have done with the patients seeing very little change. Over the coming months back office functions will gradual merge in order to save money.

The Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) is the annual reward and incentive programme detailing GP practice achievement results. QOF awards surgeries achievement points for:

  • managing some of the most common chronic diseases e.g. asthma, diabetes
  • how well the practice is organised
  • how patients view their experience at the surgery
  • the amount of extra services offered such as child health and maternity services.

We take complaints very seriously. Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of service and we try to deal swiftly and thoroughly with any problems that may occur.

Morden Hill Surgery operates a practice complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints. Our system meets national criteria.
