Friends & Family Test

The NHS want you to have the best possible experience of care. The NHS Friends and Family Test is a way of gathering your feedback, so we can continually review our service.

It is based on one simple question:

"How likely are you to recommend our GP practice to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment?"

Your feedback will help us learn more about what you think of your experience – what you like and what you think we could improve. Ultimately, you’re helping us to make changes that will ensure we can offer the best possible care.

At Morden Hill Surgery we started the Friends and Family test in December 2014, please see our results below.

All the GPs and staff at Morden Hill Surgery have always been helpful. They are a wonderful team and have been with them for 30+ years. I've never had a problem and would recommend them to anyone in need of care.

Very easy to book appointments on the day- either telephone at 8am or come to the surgery a bit earlier Even better now you can book online on the day Also have been able to book an appointment on the day for my 2 year old son, even when calling up later in the morning This is a very accessible surgery, I have never experienced the problems getting an appointment that patients from other practices in Lewisham talk/complain about

The doctors and staff are very patient in listening to your problems. They have been extremley reactive to my problems in the past and cannot fault their service. The staff are, in the main, also helpful and attentive to any requests that one makes.

I was absolutely delighted with my recent experience of the surgery. Dr Gibbs oversaw my treatment with the utmost attention and concern - not just medical support but encouragement and human understanding. I am very grateful.
